3.Trades of Virtual Items and Virtual Currency 

Alan AI Voice LAB prohibits and does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual items or 

virtual currency effectuated outside of the app, or the purported sale, gift, or trade in the 

“real world” of anything that appears or originates in the app, unless expressly authorized 

by Alan AI Voice LAB. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and may 

subject your account to termination. 

4.Your Responsibility in Using Our Service 

You agree that, while using the Alan AI Voice LAB services, you will not, under any 

circumstances: 

– send, post, transmit, or make available any material or information that may be abusive, 

threatening obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise 

objectionable or offensive; 

– stalk, harass, threaten, or defraud other Alan AI Voice LAB users; 

– use, develop, or distribute any robot, spider, unauthorized script, unauthorized scraper or 

offline reader, or any other cheat, mod, hack or the like, or any unauthorized third-party 

software designed to modify or interfere with or provide automated access to or use of the 

Alan AI Voice LAB service; 

– buy, sell, trade, or advertise to sell any virtual currency or items or App Account; 

– develop, distribute, or publicly inform other members of “auto” software programs, “macro” 

software programs, or other “cheat utility” software programs or applications; 

– exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other members of any app error, miscue, or bug 

which gives an unintended advantage; 

– share the password of the app account or other information that let anyone else access 

your app account; 

– access another user’s app account without permission; 

5.Guest Account 

Please keep in mind that you may not receive customer support or may not use virtual items 

or virtual currency for which you have paid if you change your mobile device without 

creating a app account. 

6.Suspension & Termination of app account 

Alan AI Voice LAB may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of the app account if we have a 

reasonable belief that you fail to comply with any portion of our policy. In such an event, 

Alan AI Voice LAB is not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation. 

7. Suspension & Termination of Alan AI Voice LAB Service/App 

Alan AI Voice LAB reserves the right to stop providing or supporting any part of the our apps 

or a particular app at any time either permanently or temporarily, at which point your 

license to use the our services or a part thereof will be automatically terminated or suspended. 

In such an event, Alan AI Voice LAB is not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other 

compensation to users in connection with such discontinued elements of the Alan AI Voice LAB services. 

8. Fees and Purchase Terms 

Some Alan AI Voice LAB Apps may be described as a “free apps”, you may download and 

play such apps free of charge, but they may have in-app purchase and charge real money for 

additional apps content. You agree and acknowledge that Alan AI Voice LAB is not required to provide a refund for any reason. Your purchase is final and is not refundable, exchangeable, and transferable. 

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you. Alan AI Voice LAB may revise the pricing for the goods and services it provides to you at any time.
